Say No To Single-Use Plastic
Any step you take, anytime you say no to single-use plastic will have an impact. Consider saying no when offered or buying any of the following items.
- Plastic bags: do you really need it to carry the groceries? can you bring a reusable bag?
- Plastic straws: can you try to drink without a straw? is it possible for you to carry a reusable straw instead (metal, bamboo, etc.)?
- Water bottles: can you bring a reusable bottle? use an at-home filter?
